In this comprehensive remodel, we stripped the original structure of the house down to its frame. Over the course of a year, we also transformed a 115-year-old barn—retaining only its original foundation—into a modern ADU. By adding a second story to the home and the new ADU, we expanded the home from 1,800 to 2,800 square feet. Below, you can explore the various stages of this transformation.
